Thomas is a Registered Nurse with a passion for bringing quality services to the older person and those with disability. Better known for his involvement in Althorp Private Hospital and McKenzie HealthCare, he is also an active supporter of the Alzheimers Society and Health Care Providers NZ.

"Back in 2000, I took over Bay Mobility Services, as it was called at the time, because I wanted to ensure that the Bay of Plenty had a quality service provider to maintain hospital equipment, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Our knowledge of value for money products grew as did the demand and our great team to provide that service"

Nolan is responsible for the daily operational management of MES and sales of mobility equipment.

With over 8 years of industry knowledge he really is the expert to contact for your mobility needs. Nolan operates with utmost integrity, one of MES core values, and is a thoroughly professional leader for our team of experts.

Administrator
Colleen has been providing fantastic reception and administration services for our customers for over ten years. She is a huge asset to the company. When our customers phone or call in to the show room to ask about mobility products or parts, she can understand and help with their needs immediately.

Sales Representative/Administration
Denise joined our team in October 2009 and has numerous years of experience in the sales field.
 
Denise possesses a relaxed, friendly and patient manner and will spend the time a client deserves to ensure they get the product that best suits their needs.  Denise is
available for house calls and will often be seen walking the streets beside a perspective buyer building confidence and ensuring their safety which is an important part of purchasing a mobility scooter.

Terry Wills

Service Technician
With an engineering background, Terry came to MES after many years training others in return-to-work programmes in standard engineering techniques. He brings a wealth of experience in engineering related practices and will go out of his way to ensure a job well done.

Service Technician
Ross joined the team in July 2010.  He is a fully qualified electrician with a vast knowledge of all types of electrical appliances and their many components. His appointment now means that electrical products we previously sent away for repair can be repaired on sight which ultimately results in a quicker turn around time for our clients.

Service Technician - Taupo
Ross has been an integral part of our team since late 2008 servicing the needs of our clients in the southern Bay of Plenty from Turangi to Taumarunui, sometimes Rotorua, and of course the greater Taupo area. Ross has a mature approach to his work and has an excellent understanding of the many types of service repairs our clients equipment need from time to time.

Service Technician - Whakatane
John joined our team in early 2011 to attend to the growing needs of our clients in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. This area was previously services by one of our Tauranga based technicians once a week, however with the growing demands of our clients and as part of our ongoing service quality initiatives we decided that having someone based in Whakatane would allow us to offer a higher level of service.  John is a general handyman who can lend his hand to most things.
