Will you repair and service equipment at my home?
Yes, one of our service technicians can visit you in your home to complete equipment service and/or repair. We also have a drop-in service centre in Greerton, so you can pop in with your equipment and book a repair or service.


 

I am a Health Care Provider and have equipment compliance requirements. Can you help with those?Absolutely. Our service technicians have vast experience in dealing with all types of mobility, hospital and medical equipment. We understand your compliance needs under NZS 3551, manufacturer specifications and health and safety legislation. We will support your audit requirements and ensure the safety of your patients/clients in your equipment.


 

What documentation is required to support audit requirements?
We’ll always give you a handy report of all equipment we’ve tested – including the make, model, serial number, location, age and its functionality. This documentation satisfies audit requirements and ensures you comply with your legal obligations to meet safety standards.


 

Can you help me manage the whereabouts and life of our equipment inventory?
We’d love to! We can tag and identify equipment for you using our custom asset management system, which helps you anticipate and plan for capital expenditure and maintenance requirements. It also helps your staff better manage your equipment.
